These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the areon play platform. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing areon play through any device or browser, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform operator under these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all registered members and visitors. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. areon play reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through account notifications or a notice on the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Membership and use of areon play is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a manner prohibited by these terms.
- You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
areon play does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. If the platform becomes aware that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be subject to review before any return is considered. Age verification may be requested at any time.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one account on areon play. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party.
areon play is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately at [email protected]. Identity verification documents may be required to process withdrawals or in response to security checks. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a member of areon play, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular users.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of collusion.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other platform users.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions or access controls through VPNs or proxy services.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on areon play are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are available through supported local channels including GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfer. areon play does not accept third-party payments — deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name, and withdrawals will only be made to an account matching your verified identity.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method. areon play is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors. All transaction records are available within your account history. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, contact support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date.
areon play reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal pending identity verification or security review. In cases where suspicious activity is detected, transactions may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
areon play provides the platform on an "as available" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party services. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live-format processes and areon play makes no representations about expected returns or win rates.
areon play may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
- A member's own request for voluntary account closure.
- Legal or regulatory obligations requiring the platform to restrict access.
Upon account closure, any verified balance may be returned to the member after deduction of applicable fees, subject to the completion of any pending security review.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
All content on areon play — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, and layout — is the intellectual property of the platform operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. areon play is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services and links are provided for convenience only. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of areon play that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be subject to binding arbitration or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
